Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Admissions Advisor, or someone with consultative relationship-building sales experience, to join our committed and high energy team of online admissions and student services professionals.
This position works collaboratively with the admissions team and individually to promote the benefits and opportunities of studying at ACHS.

The Work You’ll Do in this Role
- Meet institutional objectives for new student recruitment.
- Support prospective students to efficiently complete the admissions process.
- Develop ongoing relationships with prospective students from enrollment through graduation.
- Present information regarding the school’s programs and tuition and fee schedules, refund policy, funding options, payment plans and other college policies and procedures to prospective students in a factual and ethical manner.
- Work with prospective students and evaluate applications based on qualifications, needs, desires, interests, motivations, and commitments, in accordance with all school and company policies and procedures, all applicable federal and state regulations and all accrediting agencies’ standards and requirements.
- Complete and maintain required paperwork and data entry in an accurate and timely manner.
- Maintain enrollments through effective follow-up procedures.
- Attend regular staff meetings and training.
- Participate in college sponsored events and activities.
- Perform 40-60 outbound calls on a daily basis.
- Submit timely and accurate reports.
- Implement scheduling patterns as designated by the Director of Enrollment Management.
Skills & Experience You Bring to ACHS
- Some College, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-3 years experience in higher education enrollment/admissions and/or relationship sales.
- Familiarity with the Consultative Sales Methodology.
- Experience managing a pipeline of prospects toward multiple deadlines throughout the year.
- Knowledge of communication strategies and continuous outreach through a sales funnel.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced goal oriented environment that requires meeting individual and departmental sales goals.
- CRM experience, preferably with Hubspot or a comparable platform.
- Experience with Student Information Systems, preferably Anthology Student (formerly Campus Nexus Student and CampusVue).
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional, remote office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
Physical Demands

Position Status
Classification: Full-time, non-exempt
Reporting: Reports to the Director of Enrollment
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:30 am - 5:30 p.m. Additional hours may be required as job duties demand.
